쇠고기 무국
주재료 : 쇠고기 100g, 무 300g
부재료 : 물 1600ml, 참기름 10ml, 마늘 10g, 국간장 2ml, 소금 2g, 다시마 5g, 대파 35g,
소금 5g, 다진마늘 5g, 후추가루 2g
재료설명: 고기양념 (소금5g,참기름5ml,마늘5g,후추가루2g)
기본정보
조리시간: 40분
요리과정:
1. 쇠고기는 사방 3cm로 납작하게 썰어서 고기 양념으로 고루 무친다
2. 무는 나박썰고 다시마는 젖은 면보로 싸서 문질러 깨끗이 닦아 내고 파는 어슷하게 채썬다.(0.3cm)
3. 냄비에 참기름을 두르고 고기를 볶아 색이 변하면 무 썬 것 과 다진 마늘, 대파를 넣고 한데 볶아 기름이 퍼지면 물을 붓고 다시마를 넣고 센 불에서 끓인다.
4. 맛이 충분히 들면 다시마를 건져 내고 기름과 거품을 말끔히 걷어낸 후 국간장으로 간을 맞춘다.
미역국
서른번째 생일을 맞아 이번에는 미역국을 소개한다. 미역국만큼 끓이기 쉽고 대충 끓여도 그럭저럭 먹을만한 국거리도 드물다. 게다가 온갖 영양소가 충분히 들어있다. 그야말로 자취생들을 위한 간편 요리다.
<재료>
소고기 한토막, 미역 대여섯 줄기, 참기름, 간장, 다진 마늘, 소금 약간.
냄비, 국자.
<요리법>
1. 소고기를 가로 세로 2cm, 두께 0.5cm 크기로 썬다.
2. 냄비에 소고기와 다진 마늘을 넣고 참기름과 간장을 부어 함께 볶는다.
3. 간장이 다 쫄아들면 냄비에 물을 붓고 볶은 소고기를 국물이 제대로 우러날 때까지 끓인다.
4. 소금을 풀어 간을 맞추고 미역을 넣고 더 끓인다.
5. 맛있게 먹는다.
<참고사항>
1. 미역은 미리 꺼내어 찬물에 담궈 둔다.
2. 미역은 혈액 순환과 신진 대사를 촉진시키고 고혈압과 동맥경화, 심장 장애에 효과가 있다. 요오드가 많이 들어있어 비만을 억제해준다.
3. 늦은 밤 출출할 때나 술 마신 다음날 아침 해장에도 딱이다.
4. 미역은 흐르는 물에 깨끗이 씻은 다음 물에 불리면서 염분을 제거하는 것이 좋다.
5. 파는 넣을 필요 없다. 파는 칼슘의 흡수를 방해하고 미역 고유의 맛을 앗아간다.
된장찌게
부재료 : 애호박(1줌), 양파(1줌), 표고버섯, 청양고추, 붉은고추, 국멸치(5마리), 다시마(사방10cm 1장)
쌀뜨물 : 쌀을 씻어 첫 번째 물은 재빨리 버리고 세번째 쌀을 씻어낸 물(5컵)
양념 : 된장(4), 고추장(0.5), 고춧가루(0.5)
만드는법 :
1. 쌀뜨물(5컵)에 다시마와 국멸치를 넣고 끓이다가 끓기 직전에 다시마만 건져내고 5분뒤 국멸치도 건져냅니다.
2. 된장(4), 고추장(0.5)을 체에 내려 곱게 풉니다.
3. 바지락, 애호박, 양파, 표고버섯, 청양고추, 붉은고추 순으로 넣어끓입니다.
4. 거품은 걷어내고 두부(1/4모)넣고 고춧가루(0.5)뿌려 마무리 합니다.

조리개 수치 계산법
즉, 50mm f/1.8 렌즈의 조리개 최대 유효 구경은 50/1.8 = 27.8mm
F값의 한 스톱마다의 변화치는 SQRT(2)이다. 면적을 2배 또는 1/2씩 변하므로.
원의 넓이 공식인 r^2*pi를 참조 면적이 2배씩 변하기 위해서는 반지름은 SQRT(2)배
만큼 변해야 한다.
즉 F1.4에서 한스톱 조이면 1.4*SQRT(2)
계산하기 쉽게 두스톱 차이는 항상 두배 또는 절반으로 변한다.
즉 22에서 두스톱 줄이면 1/2를 곱하여 11이 된다.
반지름이 1/2 곱해지므로 면적은 1/4이 된다.

[스크랩] USB 키보드에서 오른쪽 Ctrl 키가 동작하지 않을때

제가 왼손 마우스를 쓰다보니 폴더나 파일을 복수로 선택하기 위해서는오른쪽 컨트롤키와 마우스 클릭을 같이 사용하는데 이번에 새로 들어온PC에서는 오른쪽 컨트롤 키가 동작하지 않는 문제가 있더군요.(OS는 XP 홈 에디션)PS/2 방식의 키보드에서는 키보드(3)을 선택하거나 한글103/106 키보드를선택하면 잘 동작했는데 USB 키보드에서는 대부분 장치관리자에서 101키가 기본인 "HID 키보드 장치"로 통일되어 있는것 같습니다. (실제로는 인스톨시 디폴트로 101키의 PS/2, USB 키보드 드라이버로 세팅되고 이 세팅값을 HID 키보드 장치 가 사용하는 것 같습니다)그러니 처음부터 USB 키보드로 설치한 PC에서 한글 키보드의 배열중일부가 동작하지 않아서 저처럼 오른쪽 ctrl이나 alt 등을 쓰지 못하는 분들의 사례가 있는것 같습니다. 반나절 정도 이런저런 키맵 프로그램등으로도 해결이 잘 안되던 차에우연히 비스타에 대한 자료가 있어서 혹시나 해서 XP에서 적용해 보았는데잘 되는군요.. 간단히 말해서 레지스터리를 수정하여 키보드를 다른 타잎으로 인식되게하는 방법입니다. keyboard.inf 파일을 참조하니 아마도 "i8042prt"의 세팅부분은 PS2/USB 표준 키보드의 종류를 변경하는 것 같더군요. 아래의 레지스터리 항목에서 네가지 값을 변경해주면 됩니다.

변경할 값들은 다른 dll 파일과 세팅값을 참조하게 하는데 혹시 모르니 system32에 해당 dll 파일이 설치되어있는지 먼저 확인하는 것이 좋을것 같습니다. 저는 kbd103.dll 타잎으로 변경해서 사용중인데 잘 동작하는 것같습니다. (PC는 DELL의 SK-8115 키보드 모델을 사용하는 제품)

이전 버젼의 파일(또는 특정 파일 형식)을 열 수 없닥 나오는 경우의
해결 방법

여러가지 해결방법이 나와있지만 Office 2003의 경우에는
Unblock/Restorore Registry파일을 사용하는 것이 가장 간편하고
안전하다.
즉, 파일 Open시 Unblock reg 파일을 실행하여 파일을 Open할 수 있도록
시스템 설정을 변경하고 파일 작업을 종료한 이후에는 Restore reg 파일을
실행하여 시스템 설정을 복구하여 의도되지 않은 감염된 파일을 Open하지
않도록 시스템을 유지하는 것이 안전할 것으로 생각된다.
